(OOC: Bring the defibrillators, it's time to revive this place!!! XD)
*splat*
Fontes: Aww... crap.
It sucks to have your foot stepping on cow excrements. No one likes it, and Fontes isn't any different. and to make things worse, his foot is larger than anyone else, meaning he'd have a lot more to deal with.
Fontes: ... *sigh*...
The blue man would walk through the streets, looking for a place to wash his boot's sole. Wherever he passed by, he'd leave a brownish trail, which would cause many who noticed to laugh at him. Due to having big feet, he didn't just got his foot dirty, he was pretty much dragging THE WHOLE THING along, making a rather disguisting noise, as he walked down the streets.
*step* *splort* *step* *splort* *step* *splort*
He did not seem to get any luck in finding a proper place to wash his foot. True, he could use the main square's fountain, but he'd probably get in trouble for that. Then, after a few seconds of thought, he smacked his own forehead.
Fontes: "This city's an ISLAND, you idiot!"
Saying that out loud atracted the attention of some. Fontes didn't really care about that, and simply walked his way out of the town, replying to the laughing gate guards with his oversized middle-finger. Only to make them laugh even louder...
Moving along, he got to the river, where he picked up a small stick to use as a brush, while he'd soak his boot sole in the river's water. He took a seat on a boulder near the river's margin, and started to scuff the "stuff" out of his boot. This was quite a nice way to start his first day on this city. Fontes had been traveling the world for a long time, but most of what he explored was Belmourne, the northern continent. Freylea was still new to him, and despite the info that was given to him back in Lokain, there was one thing they didn't tell him...
Fontes: "Damn, this is hard to get out!"
He'd complain, as he'd scrape his boot's sole with the stick, oftenly soaking it into the water, to soften it. After a while, it was done. While not sparklingly clean, it didn't stink, and he didn't really feel like staying there the whole day... So, he'd return to town.
As he'd walk the streets once more, trying to find a place to spend the night (not just an inn, anything would do), he'd hear an unfamiliar childish voice...
"Hey, mommy, look! It's that man with the poo foot!"
Fontes would look at where the voice came from, while still walking, only to see a kid pointing at him, his mom covering her mouth, trying not to laugh.
Fontes: "Put a cork in it, willya?!"
Fontes would yell at the little kid, not realising where he was going. He was currently aproaching a corner. And we all know that aproaching those without paying attention to where you're going is NEVER a good idea.
(OOC: That's one shitty post, huh? XD)

Ek was back on the continent she had been born on. After that "special" encounter she wasn't quite sure about what to do next. The... living-dead thing was a complete different thing from the monsters she had seen or heard about. Perhaps a visit to her father would clear some things up... but first, she would just wander around Freylea.
She was thinking about where to go... and everytime an idea came to her head, she would turn her eyes to her right shoulder and... ask the little frog about it. Yes, the frog from Belmourne had come with her to the southern, warmer lands... and it seemed pretty happy with it.
-So Ax, what do you think about going visit my parents in Cairen? I bet you would love it there...
The little frog just croack but didn't move. It had learn how to hold on to her shoulder without falling.
They both kept walking along the river's shore at the outskirts of Estoria, Sayuri thinking about where to go and Ax just... enjoying the view. It was all peace and calm there... or so it was until a kinda annoyed yelled broke the peace of the forest "Damn, this is hard to get out!"
Sayuri stopped suddenly, almost making Ax to fall from it's position. The elf looked around and saw a blue man trying to do something that seemed to be getting some dirt off of his boot. She raised a brow and rolled her eyes. There was no need to be so loud... was it? She shrugged and kept walking towards Estoria
Once in the town, she would visit some stores to buy the things she lacked of, needed or just wanted to buy, like a bag of gummies she just loved. And so, she spent some time in other stores sometimes just peeking, others asking, and other buying.
She was very interested in her gummie bag, she didn't care about looking around as she walked around the corner, running into someone or something. As she was a lot more... small than the person, she would bump against his chest. She knew it was a man because the chest was plain
-Ouch! what's wrong with...!!!
She would be rubbing her nose and looking around for Ax, that had surely fall down her shoulder when she looked up to face the one she had run into: the blue man from the river.
-Ouh... it is... you...- she immediately turned her head down again looking for her frog... and it was just over his boot- *cough* Excuse me, sir... I have to...- she bent down to get Ax- ...get my frog...
She would get straight again, looking him into the eye, moving away some locks of rebel hair that got into her face
-I hope you've solved your problem... the one you were... cleaning down the river?
She smiled and placed Ax back into her shoulder, waiting he would just be so rde he would just walk away

(OOC: Sorry for taking a while.)
*bump*
Fontes would feel something, or rather someone bumping against his chest, which caused him to immediately look forward.
He'd see a female elf, rubbing her nose, recovering from the impact. It must've been quite a bump for her, since Fontes has a chainmail right under his clothes. Of course, Fontes only felt that he has been touched, due to the fact that he's almost a walking tank. She didn't seem that pleased, but then again, who would like to smack their nose into someone?
She reacted as if she knew him... "it is you?" Fontes rolled his eyes up, trying to remember her. No success, obviously. She would bend down and pick up her frog, which Fontes barely noticed, as he was trying to remember her.
Fontes frowned a little. So THAT's how she knew him... she saw him at the river. Wouldn't surprise him, since he wasn't exactly hidden from anyone.
Fontes: "Hrrmm..."
Then, something just caught his attention... the frog she had on her shoulder. It was rather unnusual to carry that type of animal that way. If it was a bird, it'd be ok, but a frog?
Fontes: "Ehm... shouldn't you be carrying the lil' guy in a container, or something? He won't be able to keep itself in there very well."
Fontes said this as he would point his huge index finger at the girl's shoulder, where the frog was. He'd imediately remember what she said about getting her frog, and bending down, while the blue man was trying to remember her without success. He'd now direct his index down, to his feet.
Fontes: "Imagine if I moved these just a few inches, hehehe..."
He'd slightly move his toe area (bending his boot) a little, should she look down. It sure wouldn't be pretty...

"Ehm... shouldn't you be carrying the lil' guy in a container, or something? He won't be able to keep itself in there very well."
Sayuri blinked twice and lower her eyes to see Ax... she had never thought so. Since the beginning, the little frog had been able to saty on her should. She wondered how was it able
-Hmm... that's a very interesting question... Ax here has always been traveling on my shoulder... except when we have to run... or ride a horse...
"Imagine if I moved these just a few inches, hehehe..."
And then she looked down to his foot... seeing tha HUGE boot and imagining what could have happened to her little frog
-How rude of you!- and Sayuri took her frog from her shoulder and kept it in her hands, close to her chest. -You would have been capable of doing that to him???!!!
Ek, as an elf, loved animals, she couldn't even imagine harming one... specially the little frog she had rescue from the frozen fountain. She stared at him, half pissed off half intrigued in someone that could harm animals

(OOC: Again, sorry for being late...)
Fontes would frown back at her, crossing his arms by his chest, feeling that he didn't deserve that type of reaction.
Fontes: "I meant by accident! Sheesh, no need to snap at me like that... I already had more than enough stomping for one day, thank you very much! And it ain't a part of my hobbies to go around stomping small creatures!"
(OOC: it's true, just look at his bio! XD)
Indeed. Plus, it's safe to assume that the frog wouldn't like to meet it's end stomped by a boot that had a chunk of cow dung attached to it, a little while ago.
Fontes: "... hehehe... Lucky bastard... "
Fontes would comment, noticing how the elf was holding the frog, close to her chest. He'd cough a bit to clear his throat (putting his huge hand in front of his mouth, obviously), before speaking again. Placing his hands by his belt.
Fontes: "Ehem... jokes aside, do you happen to know where can a guy spend the night, around here? I've found a few places, but they were all out of vacancies. I wouldn't mind sleeping on the street, if it wasn't for the pesky beggars, and the pick-pockets who wander around..."
He'd ask with a rather annoyed look on his face. His day hasn't been that good, so far. Not finding an place to stay, and having himself pointed at by a good bunch of people, for dragging a clump of shit around town isn't exactly what one would call a nice day...

"I meant by accident! Sheesh, no need to snap at me like that... I already had more than enough stomping for one day, thank you very much!!
Sayuri blinked again and knew he was right. Her cheeks blushed completely and lowere her eyes for a few seconds. She felt really embarrassed.
-Sorry... you are right.. I didn't need to be rude to you...
She placed Ax back on her shoulder. The little fellow taking one or two stes closer to her neck, resting against. Ek smiled when she felt the coldness of the frog's body close to her own skin
"Ehem... jokes aside, do you happen to know where can a guy spend the night, around here? I've found a few places, but they were all out of vacancies..."
Sayuri thought for a while. She had her own place to stay... sort of. There was her father's cabin deep in the woods, on a tree just high enough not to be seen or noticed by someone who just passed by... or she could just ride half day to Cairen.
-Hmm... I have a place in the deep woods... but I don't know if you would feel comfortable sahring the place... or you could stay there and I could ride back to my parent's place. It's just half day away from here... I don't mind
She waited for the blue man's answer but she suddenly noticed somethng. She had just offer her father's cabin to omeone she didn't know. Even though he didn't gave her "the creeps" she didn't even know his name...
-Ah... sorry... but... before anything happens... what's you name???

Wow, wait... a girl just offered to share HER PLACE with him? Now that was a little unnexpected. He was going to reply to her, scratching the back of his head.
Fontes: "I'm Fontes. I really apreciate the offer, but... I'll really need to stay on this town, for a while."
Indeed, his objective for now would be to stay on this city, to see if he could gather anything valuable. A crowded city would be a great place to stay, for a while. As a "Collector", it was best for him to remain in crowded places, where it would be easier to gather any information which could be of use. It sure wouldn't be useful to him if he got out of town...
He'd now cross his arms by his chest, again, looking at her with a rather curious look on his face.
Fontes: "Well, since I gave you my name, you could at least give me yours. Unless you'd like me to give you a name, which might not be a very good idea..."
He'd speak in a sarcastic tone, making sure that THIS TIME she would understand he wasn't serious.

"I'm Fontes. I really apreciate the offer, but... I'll really need to stay on this town, for a while."
Ek raised a brow, perhaps she really hadn't express herself correctly
-That's what I meant... you can use my lodge while I go back to my parents... -and then it hit her.
As long as she remembered, there was this little shrine in the middle of the town that sometimes would open its doors to travelers. Perhaps it would do so this time for him
-... or perhaps you could try in the shrine. Have you been there?
She thought the answer would be "no". The shrine she talked about didn't look at all like one, and was between to shops, in the market district. Kinda weird for a shrine, but she had never thought about it before... she wonder what it was doing there...
-I'm Sayuri Rabadan... and you've met Ax... but I already have another name... I'm Ek-Balam... nice to meet you- And she offered him her hand to shake- Maybe, while you stay there, you'll get to know why the shrine was built there...

Fontes' interest rose up slightly, and that could be noticed by his facial expression, which also demonstrated confusion, due to not knowing about the shrine. He surely haven't seen a place like that, and it could be worth a shot. Before he could answer, she'd give her name...
Fontes would pull out his huge hand to shake hers with a firm grip, but not TOO firm. Shaking a hand of a frail-looking elf isn't exactly the same as shaking the robust hand of a nord.
Getting info on the shrine could turn out useful, as well. Lokain still lacked information on the southern continent, and the more Fontes could gather, the better.
Fontes: "Yeah, that seems to be a good idea. Though, since the shrine's as hard to notice as you say, I think it would be best to have someone actually showing it to me. If it wouldn't be rude of me, can I ask you to guide me there?"
The blue man would ask, feeling a little embarrassed by doing such a request. Fontes could probably find it on his own, but it would certainly be a lot easier if he got guidance from someone who's been there already.

Sayuri listened to his request of her showing him the shrine. She nodded twice, though she was thinking she had never gone INSIDE the shrine... she didn't even know for whom it had been built
-Sure... We would be very pleased -she meant Ax and her- ...though, to be honest with you, I only know it i there... but I've never been inside. I don't know what's supposed to be in there...
Sayuri shrugged and twisted her lips a little. All of her life going to that city and in all those years, she had never asked about the shrine
-I guess it would be very useful for both of us, going visit it... so... do you want to go right now, or do you feel like doing something else before?
She stood there, waiting for the blue man to answer at the same time as she began thinking she could really use something to eat before the tour. Some shrimps would be good for her... and perhaps they could get some in their way to the shrine...
-Say... would you like to eat some shrimps or something like that? I know this one place that's got really fresh shellfish...

Fontes shruged, in reaction to what she said. It was fine by him that she never been inside, as long as she knew the location.
Fontes: "You can still tell me where it is, right? So, no biggie."
-I guess it would be very useful for both of us, going visit it... so... do you want to go right now, or do you feel like doing something else before?
-Say... would you like to eat some shrimps or something like that? I know this one place that's got really fresh shellfish...
Fontes was about to answer to her, when...
*grumble*
That noise would come from his stomach, making Fontes look down, and rub his belly with his gigantic hand. He looked back at Ek-Balam, a little embarrassed.
Fontes: "Ehm, yeah... I think it wouldn't be a bad idea. Well, miss, lead the way, hehehe..."
Should she go immediately, Fontes would go along, still a bit embarrassed because of that growl his stomach threw out.
